JA Solar Announces Results of 2011 Annual General Meeting
SHANGHAI, August 15, 2011--- JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: JASO) (the “Company”), a leading manufacturer of high-performance solar power products, today announced the results of shareholder voting at the Company's annual general meeting of shareholders, which was held on August 15, 2011, in Shanghai, China.
JA Solar shareholders voted to re-elect retiring director Mr. Erying Jia as a director of the Company. Shareholders also voted to elect Mr. Yong Liu as a director of the Company. Mr. Liu currently serves as JA Solar’s chief technology officer and senior vice president.
