On November 1, 2018, Revance Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. The information in this Item 2.02 and in the press release furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that Section or Sections 11 and 12(a)(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. On October 29, 2018, Todd Zavodnick resigned as chief commercial officer of the Company, with an anticipated effective date of November 9, 2018, to pursue a chief executive officer role with a private non-aesthetic pharmaceutical company.
