Unilever PRICes €1.9 billion bonds on European markets

 

London/Rotterdam, 24th July 2017.

 

Unilever has priced €1.9 billion in bonds on the European Markets today. The bonds comprise €500,000,000 of 0.0 per cent Fixed Rate Notes due July 2021, €650,000,000 of 0.875 per cent Fixed Rate Notes due July 2025 and €750,000,000 of 1.375 per cent Fixed Rate Notes due July 2029. They will be issued by Unilever NV and guaranteed by Unilever PLC and Unilever United States, Inc.  The bonds have an anticipated issue date of 31st July 2017.

 

Unilever intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
