On October 13, 2005, Marine Products Corporation issued a press release
entitled, "Marine Products Corporation to Announce Third Quarter 2005 Financial
Results and Host a Conference Call on October 26, 2005," that announced the date
that Marine Products Corporation will release its third quarter 2005 financial
results. This release also provided related conference call information.
