The Company expects to report net sales of approximately $28,000,000 for the
fiscal year ended December 31, 2001, as compared to net sales of $22,978,000 for
the year ended December 31, 2000. The Company expects to report net income of
approximately $200,000 for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2001, as compared
to a net loss of ($877,000) for the year ended December 31, 2000.
