            On October 28, 2010, First Mariner Bancorp (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2010.  A copy of the press release dated October 28, 2010 is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is furnished herewith.
