Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 22, 2008, Rambus Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing that the US
Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit has overturned the Federal Trade Commissions (FTC) decisions
regarding Rambus, and remanded the matter back to the FTC for further proceedings consistent with
the Courts opinion.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by
reference herein.
