New York, USA - Homeowners Relief Self Supported Ministry (HRSM), the first Ministerial Homeowners Organization in New York State, today announced the launch of its nationwide Homeowner's Protection Program designed to preserve American homeownership and safeguard tribal lands through innovative support services and dedicated advocacy.
Founded by Jenard Saunders and Chief Justice Jaguar Sun-Bai of the Guale Yamassee Native American Association of Nations Embassy, HRSM is launching first in New York State with the support of the Office of the Governor of New York, the Office of the New York City Mayor, along with New York Senate and New York City Council Members.
"Our mission draws wisdom from both Holy Book teachings of righteous giving and Indigenous understanding of sacred economics," said Chief Justice Jaguar Sun-Bai. "With the support of New York's government leaders, we're planting seeds of financial literacy that will bloom through seven generations while expanding our reach nationwide."
The comprehensive program offers essential services including:
-
Personalized foreclosure prevention assistance with one-on-one consultations
-
Expert navigation of federal housing programs including American Rescue Plan Act applications
-
Specialized legal support for foreclosure proceedings and eviction processes
-
Direct creditor negotiation services with mortgage servicers
-
Advanced title investigation through partnership with TitleTracs
HRSM's unique approach includes title investigation services that differ significantly from traditional securitization or forensic audits. By analyzing information from both debt and title perspectives and accessing data from Wall Street investor portals, HRSM creates accurate timelines of mortgage transactions to identify and stop fraudulent practices.
"Like the eternal flame of the menorah and the sacred fire of tribal councils, our work illuminates the path forward," added Saunders. "The support from New York government officials will help us strengthen not just individual families across America but weave a stronger blanket of community resilience."
The organization works directly with homeowners and tribal members nationwide to provide culturally sensitive assistance that respects tribal sovereignty while leveraging available federal, state, and tribal resources. HRSM's team of experienced professionals is committed to finding sustainable solutions that keep families in their homes while maintaining the integrity of tribal lands.
HRSM also offers specialized land conservation and preservation services, including strategies for maintaining family land ownership, assistance with land trust arrangements, guidance on tribal land regulations, support for generational property transfer, and conservation planning for tribal lands.
