Eric Webster Joins Silversmith Capital Partners as Operating Partner for Go-to-Market

Eric joins Silversmith from Salesforce, where he served as a Senior Vice President of Sales and a member of the Global Senior Management Team. In this role, he led a $1 billion+ business in the growth segment. His leadership was instrumental in driving transformative growth, securing major enterprise deals, and expanding Salesforce’s market presence, including the creation and expansion of a new operating unit within the Commercial segment. Prior to Salesforce, Eric held senior go-to-market leadership roles at several high-growth technology companies, including Chief Revenue Officer at Mighty AI (acquired by Uber), Accelerite, and Doyenz (acquired by Persistent Systems), and VP of Sales and Marketing at Blue Box (acquired by IBM).
Beyond his corporate leadership experience, Eric is deeply committed to fostering inclusive workplace cultures. With dedication to creating an equitable workplace for all, he served as an Executive Sponsor for Outforce, Salesforce’s employee resource group that supported underrepresented communities.
