Kevin Walmsley joins as Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFOO) and Navneet Narula as Chief Sales Officer (CSO), bringing decades of combined expertise to drive Motivus’s strategic vision enabling growth and to bring digital innovation to our clients.

Kevin Walmsley is a highly accomplished financial executive with a proven track record in strategic financial planning, operational excellence, and business growth. His leadership in M&A, treasury, outsourcing, and finance has driven success in dynamic, fast-paced organizations. Most recently, as CFO at Datavail, he played a pivotal role in optimizing operations and driving financial performance.
Walmsley’s deep experience across global markets positions him perfectly to help Motivus scale efficiently and execute with precision. Known as a collaborator, mentor, and coach, he brings a leadership philosophy focused on building strong teams and fostering accountability.

Navneet Narula, Chief Sales Officer
Navneet Narula brings over 22 years of experience in sales, P&L management, consulting, strategic planning, and business management across IT/digital engineering services and business process outsourcing. His expertise spans diverse industries including banking and financial services, insurance, capital markets, private equity, healthcare and strategy and operations consulting.
Narula’s educational background includes an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Finance from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management and a B.Tech in Production Engineering and Management from the National Institute of Technology Calicut. Prior to joining Motivus, he held leadership positions at several prominent organizations in the technology and consulting sectors.
