The integration of in-line Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) monitoring capabilities in Ciena’s Reconfigurable Line System (RLS) allows for quicker resolution of network issues, reducing downtime and improving the Windstream Wholesale commitment to service quality.
