The space is designed to feel discovered rather than crowded — midnight-blue tones, low lighting, barrel-inspired warmth, and a service style that stays close to the table.
The grand opening evening will feature a ceremonial champagne sabrage, where one guest from each table will saber a bottle of sparkling wine under guided supervision. The ritual sets the tone for the night — refined, energetic, and rooted in celebration.Born from curated pop-up dinners that built a loyal following in Sarasota’s private dining scene, Masō now offers a permanent home for that experience — centered on exceptional wine pairings, precise cookery, and shared dining.
