The Institute, which occurs in Vail in August and is run by the Colorado Bar Association Continuing Legal Education (CBA-CLE), is an important continued learning event for every family law firm in the state. Recognizing that 75% of domestic relations cases filed in Colorado in 2023 involved litigants representing themselves, there is great hope that LLPs will be one part of a much bigger solution for getting more people the access to justice they deserve, as they navigate these critical times in their and their families’ lives.
