Houston, Texas Jul 6, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - KARE, the leading digital labor marketplace for Post-Acute and Senior Care, announced the creation of new Growth and Partnership teams to enhance and broaden the growing company.

With over 15 years of business development and leadership experience, Rich Kortum joins KARE as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships.  He brings both a wealth of knowledge across the health care continuum and a strong passion for the Sr. Living sector.  Rich has worked closely with Sr. Living operators and association leaders to improve quality of care and advocate on behalf of the Sr. Living industry, most recently with NRC Health.

"Rich is going to be fundamental in expanding our partnership opportunities as we head into the latter part of the year," said Bridget Kaselak, Chief Operating Officer of KARE. "His experience in the industry is exactly what we need to help us get to the next level."

Dylan Druch joins KARE as the General Manager at Kare.  "I'm excited to continue making a positive impact on our seniors and those who care for them," said Dylan.  He joins the Kare team after working to improve talent acquisition and hiring within healthcare - focusing specifically on senior living for the last 8 years.

Bryant McCann also joins as General Manager with Kare, focused on the growth acquisition of Heroes and Communities.  Prior to KARE, he spent over a decade driving customer strategy for cross-continuum healthcare organizations at NRC Health. "When the opportunity was presented to drive innovation for senior care and post-acute operators with the biggest problem they have, I couldn't say yes fast enough," said Bryant.

At KARE, Dylan Druch and Bryant McCann will be helping build on KARE's already significant customer and geographic growth.

"We have been working hard to foster a dynamic company culture and are excited to bring Rich, Dylan, and Bryant on board," said Charles Turner, CEO of KARE.  "They are going to be instrumental in helping us build new partnerships and expanding the reach of KARE into new markets."

"We want to make sure that our company leadership comes to us with a stellar reputation and respect in our industry. We need people who already feel the pain of our industry's staffing crisis.  What they have been doing in Senior Care and Healthcare for years is exactly what KARE needs to help us achieve the goals we have for years to come," said Steph Kolbo, Chief Growth Officer at KARE.
