Weekly Market Outlook - Never Say Never

Last week didn't just end on a high note. It ended as record-high closes for the NASDAQ as well as the S&P 500. We're one step closer to a major technical hurdle at least the S&P 500 and the Dow Jones Industrial Average are, but momentum is bullish.
