They will change their corporate name and operate under HD2, effective immediately.
Heath Design Group was originally founded by interior designer Emily Heath in 1991 and established a strong presence in the Baltimore region. After her passing in 2001, the firm continued under the ownership of president Michael McGowan and principal Brian Laug. The commercial architecture and interior design company have since grown to build a national portfolio. This rebrand reflects the evolution of the firm and its vision for the future.
“Heath Design Group has progressed to offer more services and solutions to our clients since the time Emily Heath started the firm 30 years ago. Emily created a solid foundation, but we felt it was time to change the name of the firm to acknowledge the evolution we’ve gone through and propel us into the future” said Michael McGowan.
The firm’s clients and partners have always been an essential part of the process and this rebranding effort solidifies HD2’s offering and direction in the commercial industry through its commitment to evolving and serving the larger community.
