The “paint & sip” party business has grown over the last ten years centered around the idea of a group of friends, normally women, going to a location where they, with people that they don’t know, drink wine and with the help of an employee, not the original artist, paint a given picture.
In 2017, Paintly Fun opened with a similar premise yet more refined. At the heart of the new family-owned business were that it would empower its artists, use top quality products, include a broad range of products, and provide a memorable “experience’ for the participants of all ages in their home or workplace.
Paintly Fun instituted a new compensation structure for its artists and staff where everyone benefits from the Company’s success with a base amount plus a percentage of sales. Artists and staff work together to develop new products and processes while expanding services and product lines. Current product line kits include acrylic painting, watercolor painting, adult fingerpainting, mixed media painting, tote bag painting, and sculptures.
The Company has launched “paint-by-color kits” that are a spin-off from paint-by-number kits. These painting kits allow participants to “paint” in the lines of their favorite picture while following simple instructions, which allows for individuality and a lot of FUN.
For those people who would rather purchase one of the beautiful paintings than paint it, Paintly Fun offers a line of canvas prints featuring the Company’s favorite pictures. All prints are on 11×14 canvases with a display stand. These stunning paintings are a great addition to any room’s décor.
Paintly Fun also leads the way in diversifying its business streams. Paintly Fun has hosted virtual business events for Nike, Twitter, Comcast, and Capital One to name a few. Business event packages include a wide variety of paintings to choose from, various viewing options, personalized painting kits, and easy delivery. Paintly Fun’s business event team works with each business to ensure their event is a success!
Fundraising with Paintly Fun is profitable and easy. Fundraising staff works with each charity to design its fundraiser, including assistance with social media and email marketing material. Fundraising campaigns can be totally virtual, removing any risk of excess capital expenditures or untimely cancellation fees. Paintly Fun has created paintings specifically for charitable organizations. Charitable partners include the MS Society and Make a Wish.
Paintly Fun has kicked off its new Home School Painting Program. The program allows for live monthly painting classes. There are three levels: elementary school, middle school, and high school.
