Comfort Inn owner files complaint against bank over $2 million in frozen federal funds

Niral Patel has filed a complaint with the state Department of Financial Services accusing Adirondack Trust Co. of an "unlawful freezing" of PPP money. The bank says there were "legitimate questions" about his eligibility for the funds and it tried to work with Patel to resolve the issue.
