Traditionally buying a pool or a spa is often a lengthy and drawn-out process due to the high financial commitment a family makes but what Managing Director Remonda Martinez noticed was that consumers actually dislike this lengthy sales process and have already done most of their research online.
A visionary in her industry, she already had an idea to sell pools online five years ago, thinking “why can’t we do this now?”. Fast forward a few years with the advent of technology and consumers’ growing confidence in shopping for big-ticket items online, the timing has never been more perfect. Blue Haven is now giving Australians the opportunity to buy their concrete pools online from design inception to construction completion.
To overcome consumer reluctance, she also worked with an AR company to give homeowners 3D technology so they can immediately see for free how a pool or spa would look in their backyard without a consultant having to visit on-site.
