Dallas' T.D. Jakes: Mixed-income housing, grocery store, pharmacy planned at former U.S. Army base in Atlanta

T.D. Jakes, known for leading Potter's House Church in Dallas, has laid out plans for a 95-acre development outside downtown Atlanta. Jakes said it is a model he'd like to repeat in Dallas and other cities.
