Program designed to help mentor entrepreneurs and medical professionals navigate burnout and maintain ideal mental health.Dr. Robert Zoppa, serial entrepreneur, physician, husband and father, who has conquered both burnout and addiction, is pleased to announce an all new consulting program, “Recover & Thrive Coaching Academy”, meant to provide mentorship and assistance to professionals.
The new service is intended to help guide medical professionals and budding entrepreneurs who may be suffering from career burnout, or even addiction, as well as those who simply want to achieve optimal physical and mental health entering or part way through their medical or entrepreneurial career. Dr. Zoppa founded the program in light of his own personal struggle and recovery from addiction, and difficulties early in his medical and entrepreneurial careers, wishing that he had been exposed to help like this in his own life. His hope is to offer compassion and encouragement to those in need of support on their respective journeys to recovery, and to help prevent these issues, and even to help kick start the business career of entrepreneurs with business advice as well as helping medical professionals transition out of medical practice if this is their desire.
A native of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, Dr. Zoppa has been practicing medicine since 2007, propelling himself in battling addiction to becoming a serial entrepreneur in just 16 months. He holds a specialized interest in wellness, weight loss medicine, mental health, and chronic disease prevention and treatment. He also helped create a hospitalist program in Selkirk and served on multiple advisory boards.
