Tuesday Talk: Up or Down, Today?

The market has been climbing since the middle of October and one wonders when it will reach the apex of its current climb. Yesterday, both the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite seemed to pause mid-rise, though the Dow climbed an additional 104 points.
