Marcy Stoudt, Founder of Executive Mom Nest, says “the Nest’s mission is near and dear to my heart because I too was once the time starved working mom that needed solutions.” Stoudt spent 22 years in Corporate America in various roles from VP of Strategy to VP of Sales & Marketing. She has always been passionate about working with people, creating opportunities for others, and hiring talent based on character and potential. She now leads the Executive Mom Nest as a Founder and Executive Coaching Advisor since the soft launch in January 2021, as well as being the CEO and Co-Founder of Revel Coach, an inspirational Executive Coaching platform for women.
“I do this because my legacy is to inspire women to live an authentic life that includes all of their desires without sacrifice. I want my children to experience my success in a way that they know they can do anything,” says Stoudt. She is based in Florida with her three children, husband, and two dogs enjoying a life full of love and success. “I’ve grown up watching my mom push through glass ceilings, so I have no hesitation about my abilities to be a successful businesswoman and a fun-loving, present mom,” says Katie Stoudt, her 18-year-old daughter.
“We all know the saying it takes a village. The village is the Nest. With my pre-vetted outsourcing, members don’t need to deal with the headache of time and resources spent to find a coach,” says Stoudt about her team of Advisors. Executive Mom Nest is taking an innovative approach to Executive Coaching. Instead of being a straight line to a single person as the executive coach, they have created an Executive Coaching program that comes with the expertise of 17 coaches.
