Record-breaking drug bust made at Mexico border in California, Mexican citizen arrested: 'Staggering'

A Mexican citizen was busted trying to enter the U.S. with nearly 18,000 pounds of meth and fentanyl combined on Thursday, a seizure that U.S. Customs and Border Protection called record-breaking.
