Russia still 'stalled' in Ukraine's north, 'heavy' shelling in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Kharkiv: US defense official

Russia continues to bombard Ukrainian cities with heavy shelling, but its attempts to invade Kyiv have been 'stalled' a senior defense official said.
