Good Samaritan in NJ rescues 22 from sinking charter boat that reportedly struck bridge, Coast Guard says

A Good Samaritan embarked on the dramatic rescue after the boat began to sink near Sea Isle City, New Jersey, the U.S. Coast Guard said in a statement.
