Kapolei Chamber of Commerce receives $500K to establish West Oahu Innovation and Entrepreneur Center

“There is a substantial need for a physical place where businesses can be empowered and encouraged to innovate, stabilize, and grow," Kiran Polk, executive director of the Kapolei Chamber of Commerce, said in a statement.
