The Society Global Executive Search Social Impact Scholarship Award is another way in which the organization is helping others.

The Society Global Executive Search Social Impact Scholarship Award is open to not for profit and B-corp organizations in the United States and North America and will feature a complete executive search for the finalist. Eligible positions for the search include CEO, Executive Director, COO, Chief Human Resources Officer, CFO, Chief Development Officer, Managing Director, and Vice President.
To be eligible, applying organizations must: have less than a $5M operating budget; be a non-profit or certified B-corp; not have received a similar grant/award within the past 24 months; have a staff size of 15+ FTEs; and have a base salary of $150,000+ for the position being searched for.
